Main work tasks:

• Formation of project working groups, definition a list of tasks, terms of their execution and responsible persons;
• Organization of development, approval and approval of project implementation plans;
• Organization of coordination of documents related to the implementation of projects;
• Control over the implementation and support of projects, reporting on the status of project implementation;
• Coordination of draft contracts with subcontractors in accordance with project schedules, lists and requirements for the content of all reporting documents of the contract (design documentation, test program, experimental operation program, operational documentation, regulations, etc. .)
• Accounting of labor costs of IT project participants;
• Control over the implementation of budgets and contract terms;
• Participation in the implementation of automated systems necessary to support project implementation processes, in the role of the customer.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Work experience in the field of IT or telecom in the role of Project Manager or Business Analyst ( implementation consultant - at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of methodology (practical experience from 2 years): waterfall model, Agile, Scrum;
• Experience in project planning, communications management, project monitoring and control, project change and risk management;
• Skills of participation in tender procedures;
• Skills of coordinating project documentation and deadlines for work with the customer;
• Confident mastery of MS Project, Confident user of MS SharePoint, MS Office;
• The ability to organize the effective work of the project team, qualitatively lead and control the flow of project tasks, communicate with other units (customers) regarding the assigned tasks;
• English (intermediate / advanced);
• Analytical skills, team leadership and management skills.
