We are looking for a Project Manager for our applications in the Utilities niche.

Key tasks:
• Team management: conducting 1-2-1, participation in hiring processes, firing, Performance Review
• Improvement of development processes
• Control of the process of setting product goals
• Conducting retrospectives, brainstorms
• Control of sprint planning, monitoring of sprint goal progress, backlog refinements, assistance in creating and describing tasks
• Preparation of project reporting and documentation

Necessary skills and experience:
• From 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in product companies
• Experience
managing several projects at the same time
• Experience building and working with a self-organized team
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, in particular Agile (Scrum) and other theoretical foundations of PM
• Work experience with Jira and OKR
• Solid understanding of SDLC

Will be a plus:
• Experience with mobile applications
