Company "Naftogaz Digital Technologies" (the main shareholder is JSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" ) is an insourcing center and IT competence center for all companies of the Naftogaz Group.

• Higher education (technical or economic).
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the automation of business processes / implementation of industrial solutions (ERP, CRM, EDMS, etc.) (as a project manager).
• Knowledge of tax legislation, tax and accounting.
• Basic knowledge of software functionality, namely: accounting and tax accounting on the BAF / BAS platform, other ERPs Experience of successful tax audits.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and a team of more than 15 members.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management principles.
• Understanding the principles of calculating economic indicators.
• Knowledge and practical skills of working with the full software development cycle (SDLC).
• Skills and practical application of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in conflict management in projects.
• Ability to convey technical details and nuances to an interlocutor without a technical background.
• Experience with software: MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Project), Jira, Trello (or similar).
• Ability to express one's thoughts clearly and clearly (verbally and in writing).
• The level of English is not lower than Intermediate.

Will be a plus

• Availability of PMI/PMBOK certification.
• Management of interested parties (Stakeholders Management) in difficult conditions.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects (developing plans, budgets, setting tasks, monitoring their implementation).
• Communication with the Customer, business users, management of companies that are part of the Naftogaz Group, Project team management.
• Monitoring the progress of tasks and meeting the estimates and deadlines
• Participation in the selection of suppliers, conducting negotiations, concluding contracts.
• Risk management and proactive work with blockers, external dependencies.
• Calculation of economic effects Interaction with subcontractors.
• Preparation of periodic (weekly, monthly) reporting on projects.
• Work with motivation, development and team balance.
