Growe is waiting for those who aspire to: Lead, plan and take care of projects from start to completion, ensuring their execution on time, within the scope of the budget; Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, operations and finance to ensure smooth project execution; Determine the scope, goals and results of the project together with senior management and interested parties; Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, adjusting, if necessary, according to changing needs and requirements; Identify potential risks and develop emergency plans; Be the primary point of contact for project team members and communicate project status, issues and progress to stakeholders at all levels; Promote cooperation and a positive team environment by encouraging open communication and supporting team development; Stay abreast of industry trends and events to ensure project compliance with market and regulatory requirements; Manage project budgets, resource allocation and planning. We need your professional experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager; Upper-Intermediate English level (written Tausnian); Deep knowledge of project management; Experience with JIRA/Confluence; Experience with iGaming projects will be a plus; Good knowledge of MSOffice.
