You are an ideal candidate if: You are located in Lviv. You will need knowledge of project management methods and tools for planning and coordination. You know how to analyze benchmark indicators to maximize project productivity. You have the skills to build effective core project teams. Strong communication skills for project success. You have practical experience or deep knowledge of risk management. You have the analytical skills necessary to optimize budgets, manage and allocate project resources to achieve the desired results. Expertise in project tracking and management tools. Understanding the development processes of taro-folding. Understanding and practical experience of project management of different types. Proficiency in written and spoken English is equally above average. Responsibilities and requirements: Determining the scope of the project and developing project plans. Strategy development and preparation of technical tasks for the project. Create, track and tackle tasks to ensure adherence to schedules and appropriate adjustments for all future releases and deadlines. Allocation of resources for project implementation and management of freelancers and contractors. Search, adaptation, communication and payment of freelancers and contractors. Full support and development of existing clients. Communication with the client during the entire work with the project and conducting business negotiations. Conducting stand-up meetings for reporting and adjusting actions. Tracking and execution of all projects from start to finish, including final control. Analyzing the obtained results and making adjustments to the effective strategy. Risk management and ensuring effective communication and cooperation between team members and stakeholders. Implementation of project management methodologies to achieve organizational goals. Preparation of the necessary reports on the work performed.
