The main strategic direction of the company is to enter the international market and create product values ​​of the LIGA 360 Platform for customers from different countries.

• Interaction with customers: coordination of tasks, priorities, requirements.
• Formation and maintenance of a synchronized development plan for all functions, taking into account dependencies between tasks and dependencies on external adjacencies. Monitor its implementation and notify interested parties of changes to these plans.
• Quarterly goal planning and analysis.
• Facilitating iteration planning for all teams.
• Track project status, predict and intercept cross-functional blockers.
• Coordinate the actions of various teams to support the quality of work results.
• Constantly monitor project progress, risks and opportunities associated with it.
• Structuring and updating the backlog of tasks.
• Formation of acceptance criteria for completed tasks.
• Communications within the product team.
• Performance tracking of completed tasks.
• Involvement in the formation of MVP requirements and product development maps.
• Support and continuous improvement of Agile processes.
• Keeping all product development tasks up-to-date and responsible for reporting.
• Monitoring and reporting progress using Jira/Confluence.
• Collecting and maintaining business documentation (Confluence).

Required skills:

• 2 years of experience in the position of Scrum Master/PM;
• Experience of managing several teams;
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and principles;
• Experience in managing expectations and providing realistic timeframes to stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in a flexible environment.
