Job Duties: Manage all aspects of software development and implementation projects, including project scoping and strategic requirements, roadmap planning, budgeting, design, development, testing, etc. Balancing between established business requirements, milestones, project goals, stated deadlines and costs for implementation. Ensuring the implementation of the project strategy; making management decisions to achieve a timely and high-quality project result. Lead and manage project groups (own, other related groups, external partners involved in the project) and ensure operational efficiency. Organize information exchange between project groups for status updates, prioritization, change management, risks and issues. Creation and management of cooperation channels between the project team, key business users, stakeholders, representatives and involved specialists of IT departments.
