We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the Promova team. The main objective of this role is to set up and manage processes within a single development team dealing with marketing tasks, including Resource / Task / Risk project management.Promova is a language learning platform consisting of a mobile app, website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy the top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots. Your area of ​​influence: Risk management - transparently plan team sprints, taking into account all possible risks known to us at the moment; People management - plan workload, adjust vacations and help in development of developers, combining tasks (paired with the Growth manager); Task validation - to validate team requests and form a task squad with transparent requests and deadlines for the development team and Growth managers. For this you will need: Work experience of 2 years in the position of Project Manager 'a; Knowledge of software development methodologies; Understanding of development processes, uploading, development planning; Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level and above; Advanced level of knowledge of Jira / Notion. Understanding of how performance marketing works (paid / organic / analytics) and with with which services integrations are possible.
