We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and spearhead our e-commerce initiatives.

We expect:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce website development.
• Strong background in WooCommerce and other e-commerce platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in content creation, social media advertising, and digital marketing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal — must have!!!
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Website Building & Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end development of e-commerce websites.
• Ensure the site is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.

• Team Management:
• Hire, train, and manage a team of WooCommerce developers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including CO, content creators, social media strategists, and marketing specialists.

• Project Coordination:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions swiftly.

• Content & Marketing Strategy:
• Oversee the creation and management of engaging content.
• Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales.
