Playtech‘s Casino unit is looking for a proactive Project Manager with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Plan and manage large, strategic-sized projects, overseeing project staff in collaboration with internal and external resources.
• Take complete accountability from project initiation to closing phases, ensuring planning, rescheduling, commitments, and on-time delivery of Playtech products..
• Manage ongoing project activities.
• Define project priorities.
• Ensure efficient management of project timelines and effective project organization.
• Correlate planned work with actual work on a daily basis.
• Manage any third parties involved.
• Collect, understand and transmit business requirements.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to manage all technical issues and decisions, achieving timely resolution.
• Manage communication of all change requests through status reports/dashboards/project plans
• Assist project teams in recognizing risks or issues that could cause project delays and propose strategies to prevent them.
• Escalate issues or risks when senior management intervention is necessary.
• Provide regular updates on project status, including milestones, risks, issues, costs, schedule, and quality assurance (QA)
• Educate and mentor staff on the benefits of project management.

Components for success. You...

• Have 3+ years of project management experience within a Software & IT environment
• Possess strong knowledge and experience of iterative/agile (e.g. SCRUM) and more traditional (e.g. Waterfall) methodologies
• Have experience in using tools (e.g. Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or their equivalents)
• Demonstrate very strong communication skills and are a team player
• Strive for perfect negotiation skills
• Demonstrate an upper-intermediate or higher English level.
• Are an analytical thinker
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work
