Requirements 📋

• Ability to process and retain massive amounts of data quickly
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn rapidly and perform at peak capacity daily
• Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in English (upper intermediate level or higher)
• Capability to work independently
• Deep understanding of software project management, risk management, and software quality
• People management skills to organise, motivate, and lead project teams
• Experience engaging with international clients, particularly from Europe, with strong client-facing skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the ability to articulate variances among them
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with banking projectsDuties 📝
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and project teams to ensure common understanding and goals
• Daily team management, overseeing workflow and task assignments
• Track time and efforts, and provide regular status reports
• Project risk management
