Required qualifications:
— 4+ years of work experience as a project manager in IT service company;
— technical background;
— solid knowledge of the software development life cycle;
— ability to read and work with API documentation, experience working with Postman;
— experience in analyzing stakeholders’ requirements and solution requirements;
— ownership abilities, entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset;
— able to create a comprehensive project plan that includes scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies;
— knowledge of tools for creation of high-level prototypes, schemes;
— able to understand the technical side of building the products to be on the same page with all teams;
— knowledge of software development methodologies (agile, kanban, etc);
— advanced English is a must!
Nice to have:
— understanding of how banks/neobanks work — ideally with work experience in fintechs.
What you’ll be doing:
— communicate with stakeholders and track their requests and requirements in verbal communication and slack channels;
— create/manage a backlog and priority. Work with product owner to prioritize all user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy;
— manage roadmap, Jira to provide visibility of processes for stakeholders;
— manage and monitor team performance;
— plan and schedule release of features based on requirements and timeline;
— take responsibility for project successful delivery;
— manage daily standup and project-wide meetings.
