Requirements:
• Time-management skills. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities;
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment;
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
• Ability to multitask;
• Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office package;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to create diagrams and presentations to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• Experience with mobile applications (gambling and betting).
Responsibilities:
• Administrative Tasks: Handling various administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the investment team;
• Research Assistance: Assisting in research activities, gathering pertinent information, and summarizing findings;
• Organizational Support: Utilizing strong organizational skills to manage schedules, meetings, and deadlines for the investment team;
• Report Preparation: Creating and formatting reports for fund managers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
• Internal Communication: Understanding and managing internal communication protocols, ensuring effective information flow within the team;
• Note Taking: Recording and organizing meeting minutes, maintaining a comprehensive record of discussions and decisions;
• Investment Committee Support: Collaborating with the Investment Committee, preparing meeting protocols, and translating meeting outcomes into actionable tasks;
• Task Execution: Translating the results of meetings and decisions into actionable tasks and following up on their completion;
• Data Analysis: Conducting data analysis to extract relevant information for decision-making purposes.
