🤞Our expectations from the candidate:< /p>

• Experience of project management in the field of banking/transaction business/implementation of technological products/management of IT teams from 3 years
• Knowledge of project management methodology
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Ability to organize the work of multifunctional teams
• English language proficiency level B1 and above
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects (control of compliance implementation deadlines, prioritization of tasks within the project and between projects, reporting)
• Skills in preparing presentation materials to display the status of projects
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, vendors, members of project teams
• Skills in formulating business requirements for automating business processes within the framework of the company’s activities
• Ability to create and adapt project management and software development methodology to the specifics of the Company’s work.

✔It will be an advantage:

• Experience of working with foreign financial companies/banks;
• Experience of working with flexible software development management methodologies (Agile, Scrum );
• Experience as a business analyst / system analyst;
• Experience with the technology stack: nodejs (js / ts), PostgreSQL, containerization (docker, lxc), cloud environments.
