Improving the medical system in Ukraine - maybe this is about you?

The main purpose of the position is to ensure coordination and successful implementation of the ERP system implementation project.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Defining the project scope, objectives and deliverables. Create a detailed project plan with tasks, deadlines and resource allocation.
• Create and maintain a stakeholder register.
• Create a communication plan to inform stakeholders. Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates.
• Collaborate with both MZU stakeholders and the ERP integration team;
• Participate in pre-design, development, testing and final product acceptance;< /li>
• Collection of business documentation and its storage on the corporate MZU drive;
• Monitoring and risk management throughout the project life cycle.
• Conducting the final review and obtaining approval of the results from all stakeholders parties;
• Creation of a favorable environment for work and resolution of conflicts and disagreements in the team.
• Clearly defining and monitoring compliance with processes for documenting requirements for products, user stories, and other business documentation.

• Preparation of reports and presentations in the section of the project;

• You work with modern tools and programs for managing projects and changes

Musthave for future colleagues (qualification requirements):

Experience jobs: Practical experience in project management from 3 years.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum. High level of skills in documenting and structuring information. Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology will be an advantage.

Languages: knowledge of English not lower than B2.

Technologies: Knowledge of MS software package Office (or similar), knowledge of ERP systems, task trackers and wiki tools (Jetbrains Space and Notion will be an advantage).

Education: higher education in the field of management, business administration, information of technologiesabout a related field. Additional certifications in the field of project management will be an advantage.
