Project Manager in Plarium

Business Solutions Department develops a full-cycle marketing system. It helps to create, monitor and optimize advertising, as well as generate and analyze reports. The system allows you to interact with more than 300 advertising platforms and networks around the world. It is used by all Plarium studios, as well as partner companies.

You will work with a large and complex product, where you will be able to influence the final result and have a lot of autonomy within your areas of responsibility. The position requires a deep understanding of business logic and technical features of product implementation.

You can work from an office in Lviv or remotely on the territory of Ukraine.

• coordinate the creation of new functionalities: from information gathering and UX design to development and testing;
• collaborate with the analyst team and Product managers to receive business requirements and feedback;
• organize effective team work: improve processes and control deadlines;
• conduct technical analysis, work with partner documentation and form product requirements;
• compose technical descriptions and instructions;
• determine and prioritize the main stages of product release, establish success criteria, track progress and results.

We expect from you:

• 2-4 years of experience in the position of Project Manager;
• understanding of the main software development processes;
• experience working with a team of UX designers;
• ability to facilitate meetings;
• business orientation and product thinking;
• ability to work with several projects simultaneously;
• knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate+ level.

• experience working as a business analyst;
• understanding of the principles of ready-made UX design;
• experience jobs in marketing.
