Project Manager in Netpeak Group

Your skills:

1. Experience as a Project Manager in a DevOps/development team from 3 years.
2. Understanding of generally accepted R&D and SDLC processes .
3. Understanding why the following systems and software are used: Jenkins, GitLab, Grafana, Zabbix, Graylog, Docker, VPN, Kubernetes.
4. Understanding the role of the Scrum master and project management methodologies (Agile , SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean etc).
5. Experience and use of Activity Diagram.
6. Understanding of Gantt chart, WBS.
7. Understanding and application of Walking skeleton pattern during project development.
8. Ability to work under pressure from both sides (requesters, team).
9. Ability to build a task prioritization process.
10. Experience in developing RACI matrices.< /li>

1. Interaction with customers: coordination of tasks, priorities, requirements.
2. Formation, planning and execution of the project scope .
3. Conducting SCRUM activities.
4. Team facilitation.
5. Control of project reporting and unit-economic reporting.
6. Analysis and management risks on projects.

8. Monitoring the implementation of project goals and strategy.
9. Gathering feedback using questionnaires and meetings with customers.
