Project Manager in OpsWorks Co.

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee our client’s current and future team, including existing full-stack engineers and QA engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, adherence to development protocols, and facilitating agile processes for continuous improvement.

Our partner is a US-based tech company that is building more than a credit card, but a financial community rewarding members with cash back, advising on smartest financial decisions, and improving their credit health since 2017.

It is a full-time and long-term cooperation opportunity.

What will you do?

• Monitor Team Performance:

Ensure daily attendance, engagement, and coordination within the team.

Oversee standup updates for progress tracking and issue resolution.

• Enforce SDLC Protocols:

Manage adherence to PR templates and code review processes.

Ensure compliance with established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) protocols.

• Manage Technical Roadmaps:

Develop and maintain project roadmaps using GitHub Projects.

Collaborate with the team to align technical strategies with project goals.

• Oversee QA Testing:

Utilize TestRail for tracking, managing, and reporting on test cases and outcomes.

Coordinate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

• Facilitate Agile Processes:

Lead sprint planning and retrospective meetings to foster continuous improvement.

Implement and optimize Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity.

What professional skills are important for us?

• Proven 5+years of experience in project management within a technical environment;
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;
• Proficiency in tools like GitHub Projects and TestRail for project and test management;
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate the team;
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives for improvement;
• At least B2 level of English;
  
  

Nice to have:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent;
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in software development projects;
• Knowledge of full-stack development and quality assurance processes;
