Position functions:

• Manage all aspects of software development and implementation projects, including defining project scope and strategic requirements, roadmap planning, budgeting, design, development, testing, etc.
• Balance between established business requirements, milestones, project goals, stated deadlines and implementation costs.
• Ensuring the implementation of the project strategy; making management decisions to achieve timely and high-quality results of the project.
• Lead and manage project groups (own, other related groups, involved in the project by external partners) and ensure operational efficiency.
• Organize information exchange between project teams for status updates, prioritization, change, risk and issue management.
• Establish and manage collaboration channels between the project team, key business users, stakeholders, representatives and involved IT professionals departments.
• Anticipate, monitor, and satisfy the needs, interests, and requests of project stakeholders, as well as provide transparent, regular, and accurate updates and reports on project progress

Project description:

• Implementation of the common internal corporate standard SAP ERP and SAP HCM, Migration of SAP systems to the HANA database, Implementation of reporting based on the SAC functionality

Professional competencies:

• Excellent analytical skills, skills to negotiate and solve complex issues
• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in using predictive and adaptive approaches
• Understanding SDLC
• Skills in strategic and operational planning of IT project resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective communication skills at different levels in organizations
• Project management certification will be a plus
• Experience in implementing SAP systems is desirable
