Necessary skills and qualifications:

• At least 3 years of project management experience
• Experience running several projects simultaneously
• Ability to set up and execute Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban) and Waterfall framework
• Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation expertise; presentation skills
• Self-motivation, interest in self-development, critical thinking, emotional intelligence
• People management skills: team development, delegation, conflict management, motivation, coaching
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Will be a plus:

• Experience with IoT or embedded software engineering
• Technical background
• Professional certification
