Project Manager in Prozorro.Prodazhi

Prozorro.Prodazhi is a state electronic system of online auctions that allows transparent and efficient sale or lease of public assets. We reform existing markets and create new ones, sell for tens of billions and receive international awards.

Prozorro. Sales are supported by Transparency International, USAID, World Bank, GIZ and other international organizations. On the eve of a full-scale invasion, the UN recognized the Prozorro team. Sales with the Open Government Partnership Award for the best public service that changes the country and improves the quality of life in society.

With the start of a full-scale war, the company and the online auction system did not stopped working and continue to help the state and communities earn money for budgets of various levels. There are still many new directions, projects and ideas that we want to implement.

In order to further improve the electronic trading system, we are looking for a Project Manager.

From you:

• higher education in the field of project management \ cybernetics \ information technologies \ engineering specialties \ natural sciences\;
• work experience of Project Manager from 3 years;
• skill of organizing processes according to flexible Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, understanding their pros and cons (we use a hybrid methodology, focusing on the specifics of projects and requirements stakeholders);
• experience working with project documentation;
• knowledge of English at the intermediate level and above;
• willingness to work with a G2B/B2B product;
• excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to comprehensively analyze the situation, focus on the result.

Will be a big plus:

• understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC);
• understanding of modern technologies and principles of creating online products;
• skills for BPMN and/or UML business process modeling.

What to do:

• coordinate the cross-functional interaction of project team members and involved outsourcing companies;
• form project tasks, manage their evaluation, draw up and monitor execution schedules, reporting and presentations;
• li>communicate with developers and stakeholders;
• manage risks and changes during project implementation;
• develop and maintain project documentation in an up-to-date state;
• analyze and model business processes, provide recommendations for improving their efficiency.
