Project Manager in Sommo

Sommo is a no-code development team (a project that originated in Uptech R&D team). We are modern and innovative, so we are working on the development of a service startup whose main idea is to develop products based on no-code technologies (such as Bubble and Webflow). We can build and launch products for our customers ten times faster, helping them test their ideas and achieve their business goals 🚀

Join the team as a tight-knit Project Manager to cooperate with our clients from the pre-sale stage to the product launch, so that the projects are implemented in accordance with the quality, time and budget requirements. Our projects are usually small in size and last 2-4 months. At first you will work on one project, but over time it may be 2-3 projects at the same time (on different stage).

Necessary skills:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in project management in IT outsourcing;
• Able to collect information from customers and users and transform it into business requirements, user stories and software requirements;
• Able to prioritize product functionality development in accordance with stakeholder requirements;

• You have experience in successful conflict resolution and risk minimization;
• You have strong written and oral communication skills;
• You have a level of English - Advanced (written and spoken).

Will be a plus:

• UX skills (working in Figma, creating wireframes and prototypes);

Your tasks:

• Identify and collect project requirements, transform them into project documentation (business requirements, user stories, use cases), communicate with stakeholders;
• Develop a detailed project plan and track progress using reports in Notion and Spreadsheets;
• Deliver projects within client constraints (budget, scope, timelines) while ensuring compliance with quality standards;
• Identify potential risks, proactively act to proactively solve problems;
• Collaborate with PMs from Sommo to adopt best practices;
• Manage project teams, improve processes and monitor team performance;
• Estimate cost proposed solutions at the pre-sale and development stages;
• Conducting research activities, such as user interviews, competitor analysis, etc.
