Needed skills:
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master/PM;
- Experience in managing multiple teams (preferred);
- Experience in managing dependencies between multiple teams;
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and principles;
- Good understanding of SDLC;
- Experience in managing expectations and providing realistic timeframes to stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills;

Main tasks:
- Support and continuous improvement of Agile processes;< /li>
- Play the role of Scrum Master for 1 Scrum team (3-4 people) and Project Manager for 1 Kanban team (6-8 people);
- Scrum facilitation ceremonies, monitoring metrics, writing follow-ups, facilitating process development using best practices Agile methodologies;
- Monitoring and reporting progress using Jira/Confluence;
- Facilitating the collection of requirements from business / technical stakeholders ;
- Quarterly goal planning and analysis Facilitating iteration planning for all teams;
- Conducting regular sprint reviews to implement improvements as well as actively participating in changes;
- Identification and elimination of blockers and dependencies;
- Reporting and escalation to the management level as needed.
