Our expertise: Product management We launch and implement products from scratch in the shortest possible time. Billing Development We launch and connect all possible payment methods, optimize payment processes for customers all over the world. Customer Care and Sales We provide support for our products, support billing processes, work with Zendesk. Marketing Department We generate multi-channel worldwide traffic for our products, create content, work with large budgets. Required skills: 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master/PM; Experience in managing several teams (preferred); Experience in managing dependencies between several teams; Knowledge of Agile methodology and principles; Good understanding of SDLC; Experience in managing expectations and giving real timeframes to stakeholders; Strong communication skills; Ability to work in a flexible environment. Main tasks: Support for continuous improvement of Agile processes; Play the role of Scrum Master for 1Scrum team (3-4 people) and Project Manager for 1Kanban team (6-8 people); Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, monitoring of metrics, writing of follow-ups, facilitation of the development process using best practices of Agile methodologies; Monitoring and reporting of progress with the help of Jira/Confluence; Facilitation of gathering requirements from business/technical stakeholders; Quarterly goal planning and analysis Facilitation of iteration planning for all teams; Conducting regular sprint analyzes to implement improvements, as well as actively participating in changes; Determination and removal of blockers and dependencies; Reporting, escalation, management, demand level.
