Our clients have high expectations, wework with top-notch designs, and the required level ofprecision isvery high.The Project Manager (PM) isresponsible for the end-to-end management ofdigital production, adaptation &distribution ofall asset types. PMliaises between clients and the production team, and ensures delivery ontime, asper agreed budget &specifications.Responsibilities: Perform project management onall stages ofdigital production: from client request ingestion toproject delivery (for all types ofdeliverables: digital, print, outdoor ads) Analyze project brief, requirements, and specs, communicate gaps Extract actionable briefings byinterpreting extensive media plans Craft asolid briefing that isclear, actionable, and facilitates quality output Perform scoping, planning, quoting, and reporting Receive, clarify, and approve change requests Build clear communication with clients, team, and management Monitor client’s satisfaction level and keep ithigh Monitor team’s performance according toproject KPIs Highlight any issues and strive toresolve them Ensure proper project administration Take ownership ofproject documentation, and ensure itisuptodate Ensure proper project administration inJira: ticket structure, planning, time tracking Coordinate onboarding process for project newcomers Develop professional skills toachieve goals according toOKRs Participate &organize the meetings Take part indaily and weekly team coordination meetings Organize &participate inmeetings with the client Organize project progress meetings and trainingsRequirements: We’re looking for someone who isfirst and foremost anexcellent project manager Your 2+years ofexperience indigital production You know your business when itcomes tomanaging rich media, programmatic campaigns, and dynamic adcreatives Experience with the use ofProject Management tooling s.a. Jira and the creation ofdetailed timing plans Experience inhigh-volume content production and adaptation Experience inCRM production will beaplus You know how towork with media plans and can manage the launch ofeven the biggest ofdigital adcampaigns You understand the anatomy ofdisplay ads and can comprehend spec sheets You’re aproficient communicator— able toprovide clear updates onthe development ofprojects and know how todescribe issues and required actions toMonks inother offices You can scope assignments and prepare realistic timings and resource estimates You’re acquainted with the (post)production offilm, image, and animation ofassets for social mediaPersonal skills: Asystematic, fast, and accurate worker Ateam player, willing &able towork hard and doover-time Aprofessional &easy communicator Eye for detail, high level ofaccuracy Dedicated, willing tolearn alot fast ResilientWhat`s initfor you?
