We expect that you have:
— fluent English ;
- has experience working with startups and creating products from scratch;
- has experience working in a service company;
— has experience of working on projects with foreign customers;
- knowledge of the software development life cycle,
- knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies,
- knowledge of Jira, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Calendar;
—high organization, excellent communication skills.
The tasks of the Project manager will include:
- bringing the customer's idea to implementation within the specified time;
— building a development plan, organizing the work of the team, setting up the process of working on the project;
— providing feedback between the team and the customer;
—elimination of obstacles to the execution of tasks by the team;
—controlling product quality and development timelines.
— drawing up the project plan and project documentation;
— coordination of terms and analysis of possible risks;
— determination of necessary resources and working environment, their distribution within the team;
—setting up the workflow in the team (development, testing, working with requirements);
— prioritization of tasks.
