Required skills:— Experience working with a team of developers and designers;— Technical experience;— Understanding of the principles of interface design and web technologies;— Ability to manage multiple projects in practice;— Intermediate English (spoken, written);— Confident communication skills, ability resolve conflict situations;— Responsibility, willingness to get involved in work during irregular working hours;— Ability to be a leader and lead a team. Monitoring project compliance with technical requirements, quality level and stated deadlines. Management of financial issues; - Timely resolution of problems arising during the implementation of the project, settlement of controversial issues in the customer-team connection.
