Professional and personal competences:
—Experience in project management from 2 years;
- Having a professional certification will be an advantage;
—Experience in project management;
—Knowledge of management methods and tools for projected projects;
—Experience of working with external clients (international, large local companies);
- Stress resistance and the ability to find an approach to different people and manage the client's expectations. Communication skills with people of different job levels;
—Confidence and the ability to take responsibility;
—Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including sponsors, clients, team, managers and other employees;
— Ability to effectively solve problems that may arise during the implementation of the project;

Main tasks:
— Planning, presentation and management of service implementation projects for the company's clients;
— Solving problems, making decisions and bringing the project to the finish line with the expected expected result;
—Responsibility for bringing the project to life, within the agreed terms, in full, in accordance with the client's expectations;
— Formation of the project plan and charter;
—Managing project timelines and goals. Project types: with manual customization of data provided by the clientohm; with the exchange setting between the accounting system and effie; with the use of Image Recognition technology for product recognition at retail outlets;
— Conducting meetings with clients (from the start of the project; according to the results of the project with the preparation of conclusions; other intermediate meetings with the project to synchronize according to deadlines and resolve current issues);
—Active influence on the events taking place in the project, making decisions that contribute to the implementation of the project;
— Achieving the set goals of the project;
— Effective control of changes in the project;
— Project risk management;
— Reporting on key project indicators;
— Ensuring the required level of client participation in the project;
— Appointment of people to a role in the project;
— Creation of good working relationships within the project team;
—Maintenance of project documentation.
