Basic requirements:

• At least 3 years of project management experience;
< li>Experience in drawing up technical and methodological documentation;
• Experience in establishing a full development cycle (from TK to project commissioning);
• Knowledge of the life cycle of IT projects and project management approaches;< /li>

• Knowledge of the basics of accounting in the following sections - accounting of funds, material accounting, accounting of mutual settlements with counterparties.

  Understanding the principles of integration and data exchange between various information systems and applications;
• < li>Knowledge of MS Project;
• Experience of managing several projects at the same time and a team of more than 10 members;
• Skills and practical application of Agile and Hybrid project management methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Control of the compliance of the solution developed by the contractor with the initial requirements of business processes;
• Interaction with the contractor and integrators on issues of designing the 1C implementation card - solutions and forming general principles of information business processes systems;
• Management of the budget and resources;
• Management of projects (development of plans, budgets, setting of tasks, monitoring of their implementation) on the automation of a large enterprise based on the family of software products "1C:Enterprise 8.3";
• Communication with the customer on all issues related to project implementation and management;
• Working with customer requirements: study, analysis, preparation of detailed planning of project stages, allocation of resources ;
• Setting tasks for the project team based on user requirements and the project plan;
• Organizing the project team's workflow;
• Identifying and managing risks;
• li>Reporting on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;
• Preparation of project documentation (charter, reports, minutes of meetings, presentations);
• Setting, prioritization, monitoring and control of task execution;
• Quality control of fulfilled requirements, approval of changes.
