Hello! We are Cleveroad, and we are looking for a talented Project Manager who can effectively manage a team, has strong leadership qualities, is keen on proactive decision-making, and is eager to work to achieve results.

— Work experience — from 1 years and more.

— Spoken English level not lower than — Intermediate

— Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).

— Understanding the web/mobile development life cycle and project planning.

It will be your advantage:

— Basic understanding of presale/up-sales mechanisms.

— Technical knowledge in Web/Mobile development.

Your responsibilities:

— Communication with team.

— Team management and coordination between team participants (distribution of workload by task, timely distribution of available resources).

— Preparation and definition of project scopes, schedule, budget, and resource plans based on approved team composition.

— Ensuring a transparent work process for all parties involved.

— Defining project criteria and development strategies to meet requirements and ensure the highest quality of the project.

— Control of the change management process.

— Control of the development to ensure its compliance with the budget project and deadlines.

— Usage of various methods of risk management and control.
