• Representing the customer (be a proxy) within the development team;
• Managing the development process across multiple teams;
• Defining functionality and creating technical requirements for non-technical clients;
• Developing project scope, creating a plan to track progress and objectives, and helping to define functionality;
• Supporting the UX/UI design phase;
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Requirements and skills:

• Experience with managing a few projects at the same time;
• Good communication/negotiation skills;
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the IT sector for 2+ years;
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Advanced level of English.
