As a Project Manager in our Technology team , you will play a key role in the implementation of technology projects for clients on the Polish market and for our partner agency, leading on the Swiss market. Your tasks will include close cooperation with the project management team and the implementation of various technological projects for clients of the 180heartbeats agency.

We count on:

• min. 2 years of experience in independently running technology projects in an agency environment or in a software house,
• knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Scrum, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, Slack),
• very good knowledge of English (min. C1), enabling free business communication with a foreign client (daily statuses and weekly sprints),
• talent for establishing and building relationships with clients and colleagues,
• supported by examples of the ability to properly plan the entire project life cycle and manage project resources,
• ability to create cost estimates, schedules and reports (worklogs, profitability of projects),
• technical knowledge allowing for fluent communication with our development team,
• ability to prioritize projects and tasks,
• excellent work organization and attention to details,
• open mind, proactiveness in finding solutions and independence in action.

Welcome:
