And today Starlight Media invites an experienced Project Manager to its team.

Your tasks will be:

• managing projects and tasks of the "Broadcasting" division
• facilitating the fastest transition employees of the division to work together in the Notion environment and with OneDrive cloud storage
• gathering information and preparing proposals for improving business processes
• researching opportunities and promoting AI tools for use by employees of the division < /li>
• implementation of the Notion working tool:
• creation of sections, pages, databases, reports, dashboards, etc.;
• user support, consultations and training events for Notion system users;
• control of meeting deadlines;
• planning and coordination of meetings within the focus of the Board and E1.
• organization and management of projects to improve business efficiency:
• formation of working groups, development of a project plan;
• analysis of AS IS (as-is model) and TO BE development (as-is model), project implementation monitoring.
• conducting research: preparing proposals, developing recommendations for creating business processes, their adaptation, updating, optimization and increasing efficiency
• studying AI tools, preparing proposals and implementing them in business processes
• organization, coordination and control of the launch of new areas and projects

Our expectations from you:

• higher education: economics; information technologies
• experience of working as a project manager / operations manager / business process analyst from 2 years
• confident skills in working with programs: Notion, ChatGPT / Copilot/ Gemini - 1; OneDrive, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams - 2
• office programs: PowerPoint / Keynote, Excel
• English language proficiency level - advanced
• presentation and communication skills
• analytical mindset and loyalty
• courage and perseverance
