Ukrainian research and production enterprise of the full cycle, is the leader of the field of unmanned aviation of Ukraine, in search of a strong and experienced Project Manager.

We expect from the candidate:

• 2 years of work experience;
• Be responsible for the planning, organization and control of project work from the moment of initiation to completion;
• Ability to compile and report on the project, providing recommendations based on the results of the project;
• Form a project plan that includes (calendar work schedule plan, budget, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, quality management plan and stakeholder management plan).
• Be responsible for the formation and management of the project team in order to obtain maximum benefits from its implementation.
• Be responsible for conflict management in projects with the aim of improving interaction as between project stakeholders.
• Be responsible for and control the development, management, updating and storage of project documentation, budget, resource plan and project schedule in information systems.
• Manage communications with internal project stakeholders, subcontractors, conclude contracts on behalf of the company, monitor compliance with contractual requirements.
• Be responsible for risk management and making changes in the implementation process of the project program.
