Deus Robotics is a Robot-as-a-Service solution that uses intelligent robots to automate warehouse operations. This solution improves operational efficiency and addresses the challenge of staff shortage. Vision: Liberate humans from monotonous tasks.

Deus Robotics was founded in 2018 in Kyiv, Ukraine. We currently have offices in Boston (USA), Krakow (Poland), and Kyiv (Ukraine).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager, particularly in IT projects;
• Trabling on projects that are already in production;
• Communication with key project stakeholders, both from the customer and the project team;
• Setting, monitoring and prioritizing tasks, building a pipeline;
• Fluency in agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum;
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
• Technical background and basic knowledge of IT stacks and technologies;
• Experience building development processes and communicating effectively with clients;
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Will be a plus:

• English language skills at B2 — C1 level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate robotic solution support projects at clients.
• Build and coordinate a system of metrics and timely remediation of deficiencies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met;
• Coordinate a team of integration and support engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables;
• Define and refine metrics to understand team performance;
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members;
• Facilitate meetings, reviews and retrospectives to ensure team collaboration and continuous improvement;
• Create and maintain project documentation;
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that arise;
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices;
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
