Responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from conception through deployment Lead and coordinate projects toensure timely delivery ofproject milestones Working with product managers todefine the scope, and project deliverables. Efficiently allocating resources including time, budget, and personnel tomaximise productivity. Handle the overall planning, execution, and success ofcomplex technical outcomes Tracking progress against goals for product and project metrics such astime, budget, and quality. Implementing learnings from each project cycle toimprove processes and products. Overseeing testing and validation toensure products meet quality standards before release. Keeping all stakeholders informed about product and project status, decisions, and changes Leading and coordinating across different teams (e.g., development, marketing, sales) toensure project cohesion. Align project objectives with business goals and product requirements Evaluating project outcomes and integrating feedback toimprove future project management practices Ensuring that the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. What you will need Degree inProject Management/Business Administration orsimilar preferred Atleast 6years ofproven experience asaProject Manager, with atrack record ofsuccessful project delivery inthe Software Engineering/IT industry Experience inproduct management, including working with cross-functional teams highly desirable Knowledge ofproduct design orUX, with the ability toapply these principles toimprove product development and user interaction highly advantageous Strong client-facing and internal communication skills Fluent inboth Russian and English, capable ofengaging stakeholders inboth languages Analytical and strong problem-solving skills Ability towork from your location with your own fast and stable internet connection aswell asaproductive home office workspace.
