Project manager віддалено AsaProject Manager, your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing project execution processes toalign with predefined objectives and deadlines set bythe Product Owner. You’ll collaborate with different technical teams toensure project goals are met within scope and time constraints. What you’ll do: Formulate and implement project management methodologies that account for business requirements and industry standards. Facilitate collaboration among Engineering teams toensure seamless interaction and alignment with project goals. Develop task plans for each sprint and oversee the overall project delivery process, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Engineering team. Utilize Click-Up project management tool totrack and manage tasks and issues effectively within the project environment. Participate indaily status meetings toprovide updates onproject progress, identify risks and address any emerging issues. Oversee the creation and maintenance ofproject-related documentation, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility tothe team. Prepare and deliver periodic project status reports tailored tothe needs ofthePO and Engineering team, highlighting key achievements, challenges and next steps. Requirements: 3+years ofcommercial EXP inproject management, preferably inthe FinTech sector. Knowledge oftechnical project management fundamentals and SDLCprinciples. Technical understanding ofprocesses, preferably acquired through experience inatechnical field orcompletion ofrelevant courses— will beaplus. Proven experience working with various project management methodologies such asAgile, Scrum, Waterfall, and others. Experience with task managers for reporting and dashboard creation. Certification inProject Management orScrum Master would beanadvantage. Strong self-organization, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency inboth written and spoken English.
