Project manager in YuNISOLAR SISTEM

We are an engineering company specializing in the implementation of turnkey industrial energy projects. We work with grid, autonomous and hybrid solutions, as well as integration of energy storage systems (BESS). We are looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate the implementation of projects from the planning stage to commissioning.

What you will do:

• Organize work on projects: planning, coordination of teams, control of task execution, adherence to deadlines and budget.
• Manage risks: identify and analyze risks, form plans to minimize them.
• Communicate with clients: specify requirements, prepare reports, resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure its compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory processes: time and quality control, coordination of documents with lawyers and contractors, monitoring legislative changes.
• Develop and agree contracts with clients and contractors (terms, specifications, payment terms).
• Control budget and resources, ensure effective allocation.
• Work in project management systems (GanttPro, CRM, Google Spreadsheets) on objects, check technical content before publishing.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience as a Project Manager in the field of construction, energy, engineering or EPCfrom 3 years
• Professional education orproject management courses
• Understanding project management principles (PMI, PRINCE2 or similar approaches).
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering or construction processes (will be a big plus).
• Experience with contractors, legal documents, contracts.
• Ability to work with MS Project, GanttPro, CRM systems, Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
• Understanding technical documentation, EPC / PV / BESS principles
• Strong communication skills, organization, systematicity.
• Ability to take responsibility and accept solution.
• Knowledge of the English language (at the level for correspondence and negotiations with partners).

• Optimized processes - coordinated interaction between design, technical, logistics and commercial departments, without bottlenecks and loss of information.
• Current documentation - all technical, legal and regulatory materials are updated, checked and agreed with the relevant parties.
• Timely contracts - contracts are prepared, agreed and signed with clients and contractors without delays.
• Stable relations with partners and contractors - work is built on trust, clear agreements and responsibility.
• Analytics after the completion of projects — retrospectives are conducted, strengths and weaknesses are identified, recommendations for the development of the department are formed.
