• B.MED Agency is a specialized medical marketing agency. Provides integrated marketing services for private clinics, laboratories and personal physician brands. The superpower is a combination of deep medical expertise, ethics and high conversion rates.
• B.Academy (Black School) is an educational center of the holding. We scale our own expertise by teaching the market professional marketing. This is a space where the practical experience of agencies is transformed into knowledge for thousands of students and the professional community.

Yours mission is to drive the growth and recognition of Black SMM Agency and B.MED Agency. You will work to ensure that our agency brands remain the top choice for business in Ukraine and beyond.

Main duties:

• Decomposition of the digital strategy on the task.
• Team coordination (SMM, designers, copywriter, motion, web) and control of deadlines.
• planning of tasks by projects
• Control of the launch of advertising campaigns (Meta/Google).
• Setting of TOR for creatives and checking them for compliance with TOV.
• control of costs and the effectiveness of budget use
• Administration of sites, creation of TOR for new landing pages/pages.
• Participation in packaging new agency services.
• Analytics and reporting and data collection into weekly/monthly reports.
