MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (finance, economics, computer technology or other technical field);
• experience in banking, fintech or online sales through a mobile application/chatbot;
• experience in building effective communication with clients, understanding development and implementation stages projects/products;
• presentation skills;
• proactive approach to task implementation;
• result orientation;
• willingness to learn and develop.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Market analysis, collection and consolidation of task/project requirements from customers;
• construction of flowcharts processes;
• organization of communication between departments;
• writing business requirements and technical tasks for IT;
• control of project/product implementation deadlines;
• participation in testing and implementation of processes/products,
• writing business processes.
