We currently have an open position Project Manager

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in project management from 2-3 years (capital construction / development / engineering or technical projects — a big plus);
• Higher education (project management, construction, engineering, economics or related fields);
• Experience in managing projects from concept to implementation, not one separate stage.
• Understanding the full cycle of project documentation (technical specifications, design, contractual, output data);
• Ability to organize processes and communicate with different teams;
• Practical skills of working with subcontractors (selection, negotiations, performance control);
• Responsibility, initiative and willingness to learn.

? Responsibility:

• Full support of the project at all stages — from idea generation to implementation;
• Conducting contractual work with customers, including the conclusion of contracts and additional agreements;
• Organization of preparation and consolidation of a package of source and permit documentation for designing company facilities;
• Planning, substantiation and protection of the project budget and calendar plan;
• Formation of the project team and management of its work;
• Coordinating the development of technical tasks for the implementation of project works;
• Selection and engagement of subcontractors;
• Operational control of the execution of works in compliance with the approved terms and budget;
• Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by all project participants;
• Ensuring effective interaction between all stakeholders on objects.
