Project manager in Piksel Media

An innovative company, a market leader in LED screens with 10 years of experience, is looking for a responsible project manager. We are waiting for a specialist who seeks to develop in the field of high technologies, who knows how to effectively manage teams of installers and conduct negotiations professionally.

Key tasks:

• Management of the life cycle of the object: Full support from the moment of concluding the contract to the signing of acts of completed works.

• Organization of installations: Planning and control of installation work, coordination of the work of crews at the site.

• Technical coordination: Interaction with engineers, architects and representatives of related organizations.

• Operational control: Provision of technical specifications to contracting organizations, control of deadlines and quality of project stages.

• Financial planning: Object budgeting, preparation of commercial offers and control of profitability. Reporting. Control of receivables.

• Administration: Keeping estimate and project documentation (B2B document flow), working in CRM and planners (Trello/Worksection). Google Workspace, Excel.

• Service: Coordination of warranty service and scheduled service works.

• Sales: Preparation of commercial offers. Power Point.

Candidate requirements:

• Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of successful work in B2B projects (priority: construction, engineering, structures for exhibitions, installations).

• Technical skills: Ability to read project documentation and technical drawings.

• Management competences: Experience in managing assembly teams, skills in setting clear technical specifications and controlling deadlines.

• Tools: Confident command of Google Workspace, CRM systems, Trello and Excel (complex tables, calculations).

• Communications: Skill conducting negotiations with technical specialists and representatives of the customer. It is desirable to have your own car.
