Project Manager

Key skills:

• Higher education (technical: industrial and civil construction);
• Work experience of 3 years or more in a similar position;
• Experience in energy (solar power plants) will be a plus;
• Experience in project management of the construction of ground-roofed SPPs;
• Knowledge basics of project management: formation of budgets, implementation schedules;
• Knowledge of the field of energy (principles of setting up solar power plants);
• Knowledge of urban planning legislation, PUE;
• Knowledge and experience of working in CRM, ERP systems;
• Ability to drive a car (having your own car will be an advantage).

Your tasks will be:

• Organization and full support of project implementation (from the initial stage to commissioning); 
• Managing the implementation of projects of solar power plants and energy storage systems b2c, b2b;
• Participation in the development of the project concept;
• Participation in the development of commercial proposals;
• Working with current agreements in implementation;
• Working with the existing base of subcontractors, finding and involving new subcontractors, suppliers;
• Formation implementation schedules, budgets, project specifications by subcontractors and project suppliers;
• Performance of visits and inspections of the client’s facilities;
• Control over the progress of project implementation: supply of equipment, execution of installation works;
• Control of the project budget, control of deadlines (according to the implementation schedule) and quality (according to the Technical Specifications) of the project;
• Conclusion of contractual relations with subcontractors organizations for design and construction and installation work and control over the fulfillment of the terms of contracts;
• Ensuring control and technical supervision over the timeliness of design and issuance of design and estimate and other technical documentation for construction work, compliance with the established construction deadlines.
