We will notice if you:

• have 2-3 years of experience working in an advertising agency as a Project Manager or Account Manager;
• you know how to assemble a team like a captain - and lead it to the goal without any problems (copywriter, designer, target expert, moderator - all in your hands);
• you understand how to organize not only processes, but also yourself;
• multitasking is your second "I";
• crisis situations - you are in your element, you do not panic, but look for a solution;
• you understand customers from half a word - and turn "half a word" into an understandable TOR for the team;
• you do not get lost in a conversation with a client - especially when you need to explain why "no";
• you can read numbers, analyze and understand which of the competitors is breathing in the back of your head;
• you are friends with budgets, invoices and KPIs.

It will be a plus if:

You have experience in SMM or communications.

What will you do in the agency?

• you will make sure that everything goes according to the plan, within the deadlines and without unnecessary stress;
• you will be a bridge between the client and our team - so that no one forgets anything and everyone is on the same wave;
• you will follow what competitors are doing and tell the team where to move;
• you will control budgets, documents, KPIs;
• you will work with crisis situations - quickly, clearly and without drama.
