GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of the protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. normal; text-decoration: none">The project is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations and is aimed at protecting and supporting IDPs and other vulnerable groups through emergency assistance, access to basic services and advocacy. DUTIES AND TASKS
Planning of project activities according to the project work plan and budget;
Coordination of all project activities for timely and effective achievement of project goals;
Control over the implementation of project activity targets and the overall goal of the project;
Formation of the project team together with program directions and ensuring effective internal communication for the implementation of project activities;
Purchase planning and control of expenditure compliance with donor requirements;
Planning and organization of events (meetings and activities) within the framework of the project;
Formation and control of implementation of the communication plan of the project;
Preparation of timely reports for the Fund and donors in the agreed terms;
Communication with project partners and donors, both in the format of correspondence and meetings;
Organization and participation in monitoring visits to project implementation regions;
Administrative and organizational support of the project (formation of applications for events, purchases, business trips, etc.);
Working with project documentation and materials (drafting, editing, translation, writing reports, etc.);
Understanding and following the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.
Professional requirements
At least 2 years of work experience in international donor projects related to humanitarian aid and charity;
Experience of working in funded projectsUK International Development Agency (FCDO) will be preferred;
High self-motivation, independence, efficiency and the ability to meet deadlines - a must;
Experience in organizing purchases and preparing financial documents;
Fluency in Ukrainian and a high level of English (B2-C1);
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail;
The ability to collect information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project;
Skill of preparing and writing reports;
Excellent communication skills;
Strategic thinking and problem solving skills;
Responsibility and flexibility.
