We are hiring a Project manager who will work with various types of initiatives - business projects and IT projects within the company transformation. Projects may differ in scale, domain and level of technological complexity, but they all have a common goal - to create a measurable business result and improve the company's processes and products.

We will have an ideal match if you have:

• 2 years of Project Manager experience and management of business and/or IT projects
• working level of English B2+ (communication, meetings, documentation)
• understanding and practical experience of applying different approaches to project management
  (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
• ability to adapt the framework to the context of the project, not vice versa
• experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
• skills for planning, controlling deadlines, scope of work and risks
• structure, responsibility and orientation to result

Will be a plus:

• experience working in transformational or large-scale projects, automation or optimization of business processes
• experience working with international teams or stakeholders
• understanding of financial, operational or IT domains
• Agile / Scrum / certification PMP

Your area of responsibility:

• manage the full cycle of projects (business, IT or hybrid)
• select and adapt project management approaches depending on the context
• plan project phases
• coordinate teams and stakeholders (business, IT, operations)
• monitor deadlines, budgets, quality and achievement of goals project
• to manage risks, dependencies and changes
• ensure transparency of communication and regular status reporting
• support the transition from ideas to realized results
