Project manager in PIXREADY

Hello! We are PIXREADY an international 3D visualization, modeling and animation studio, helping companies from 10+ countries realize their products and ideas in 3D. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Our team grew from 2 to 40 cool professionals.

We work with clients from 10+ countries (USA, Great Britain, Australia, Canada, etc.).

What we expect from you:

• English. Level B2 (minimum), which allows you to confidently communicate with clients, justify decisions, explain the essence of the work performed.
• Planning. You correctly prioritize work, take into account possible changes in circumstances during planning. You set realistic deadlines for work.
• Orientation on the final result. You change and adapt the work process based on the client's needs. You look for and offer solutions to exceed the client's expectations. You ensure accuracy and the highest quality of project implementation.
• Control. You analyze the tasks performed by the team, monitor the compliance of the results with technical requirements, provide feedback and necessary recommendations. You take an active part in morning stand-ups with the team.
• Effective communication. You have healthy communication skills. You place the right emphasis in communication. You show a sincere interest in other people's views and correctly interpret them. You adapt your communication style to different interlocutors. You give quality feedback.
• Attention to details. You notice small nuances, mistakes in the work of your team, apply this skill to the successful implementation of the project.
• Flexibility and adaptability. You look for, propose and implement changes in order to achieve improvement in the work processes of your team/company. Effectively perform work despite changes. You quickly switch between tasks and projects.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in managing projects in a design studio, digital agency, 3D.

What you will do:

• Manage modeling and visualization projects (on average - 4-7 projects simultaneously, project duration - 5-30 days, depending on complexity and scope);
• Communicate with clients to detail project tasks;
• Conduct briefings and presentations to the customer;
• Write project documentation, draw up TOR;
• Set tasks for your team and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget;
• Conduct daily meetings with the team;
• Analyze and plan team workload;
• Conduct evaluating the effectiveness of current processes and, if necessary, improving them.
