Project manager in Vyriy

VYRIY is a Ukrainian engineering company, a leading manufacturer of combat unmanned systems, actively implementing war robotics systems and solutions from localized components. We are currently looking for a project manager who will be the main link between the idea and the result. You will be responsible for the full cycle from concept to product, managing resources and budget within defined deadlines.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and managing the project from start to finish
• Building a team and assigning roles to maximize effective implementation of assigned tasks
• Search for external executors, holding briefings, coordination of legal aspects of cooperation and quality control of the services provided by them
• Working with the budget and reporting, financial planning of the project, control of the targeted use of funds
• Administration and visualization of work processes in the form of creating a transparent system of tasks in the task-tracker and monitoring the relevance of statuses

Requirements for the candidate:

• Effective management of the flow of tasks in the team, control of the workload of specialists and reporting using digital tools.
• Experience in project management from idea to release
• Ability to clearly articulate thoughts, conduct negotiations with contractors and act as a single "bridge" between business and performers.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a changing environment and make informed decisions during peak workloads or under tight deadlines.
• Be ready for business trips;
• Responsibility, stress resistance, openness, flexibility, willingness to learn.
