About the company

Construction company that works in the field of budget construction and participates in public procurement. Implements capital repair, reconstruction and restoration projects of social and infrastructure facilities. Functional responsibilities: Construction project management. Full management of construction project implementation at the stage of work execution. Organization and control of construction and assembly works at the facility. to the contract and calendar schedule.

Personnel management at the facility

• Administrative management of foremen, foremen and line personnel.

• Setting tasks, monitoring execution, coordination of works at the facility.

• Control of labor discipline and effective use of resources.

Planning and control

• Formation and maintenance of work performance calendar schedules.

• Control of the scope of completed works in accordance with project and estimate documentation.

• Control of the use of materials, equipment and labor resources.

Document management and reporting

• Preparation and submission of:

  • daily/weekly reports on the progress of work;

  • certificate on completed volumes;

  • information for acts of completed works (KB-2c, KB-3);

  • logs of work execution.

• Participation in signing acts of hidden works, intermediate and final acts.

• Interaction with the technical supervision engineer and representatives of the customer.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience of working as a project manager / foreman / site manager in construction - from 3 years.

• Experience in the implementation of budget projects (capital repairs, reconstruction).

• Knowledge of construction regulations, technologies and processes.

• Experience with project and estimate documentation.

• Practical understanding of forms KB-2b, KB-3, acts of hidden works.

Skills
