We are currently looking for our client - JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS Ukraine - Project Implementation Specialist

Responsible for managing technical and operational projects at the factory, ensuring the launch of new products, materials and technological processes. Coordinates cross-functional teams, implements improvements in production capacity and ensures timely and high-quality implementation of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of projects within factories.

• Validation of new products and lines (CQV), coordination of testing and first launches.

• Preparation of BOM, organization of ProStart meetings, analysis of project losses.

• Management of launch/output of materials and master data (SAP).

• Checking the production feasibility of changes, new launches and promotions.

• Cooperation with R&D, MSU, marketing, suppliers and production.

• Optimization of processes, capacity management, participation in audits and IM/MOS activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing production or technical projects.

• In-depth understanding of production and technological processes.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work with many stakeholders.

• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, readiness for multitasking.

• Level of English language proficiency B2.
